Yes, SaveFamily watches require an active nano SIM with a data plan to use all their features (real-time GPS, calls, WhatsApp).

They are compatible with all Spanish mobile network operators: Movistar, Vodafone, Orange, Yoigo and mobile virtual network operators (Digi, Simyo, Lowi, MásMóvil, etc.).

SaveFamily watches combine three tracking technologies to always provide the most accurate location:

• Satellite GPS: accuracy of 3–10 metres outdoors, updated every 30 seconds

• Wi-Fi positioning: indoor tracking (school, grandparents’ house, etc.)

• Mobile network triangulation (LBS): backup coverage when there is no GPS signal (We recommend disabling this; it is not necessary for standard use).

From the SaveFamily app, you can view the location in real time, activate tracking mode (every 10 seconds), create safe zones (geofencing) and receive automatic alerts if your child enters or leaves those zones.

Yes. The communication features include:

• Two-way calls: your child can call authorised contacts; you can call them at any time

• WhatsApp (Not available on all models): text messages and voice notes

• Video calls on models with a front-facing camera

• AntiBullying Mode: parents can activate the microphone without the watch making any sound

• SOS button: in an emergency, the watch automatically calls emergency contacts and sends the location

All contacts are managed exclusively via the parent app.
