If you have the information on the Internet configuration on your SaveFamily smartwatch, we have recommendations to follow the next steps. You can configure the internet on your child's smartwatch.
You must assure that the SIM card of the smartwatch has sufficient credit to send SMS. Verify that the watch is covered (it does not behave outside the cover lines that appear on the screen's screen). The smartwatch is allumée, with a cover and with the SIM card inside.
