Dear Families,

First of all, we hope you and your family are well. We hoped 2021 would be the year COVID-19 ended, but that wasn't the case. Once again, we've had an atypical year where our sons and daughters have weathered the situation with a smile and like true superheroes. They're teaching us a lesson.

2021 has been an important year for SaveFamily, and we want to share it with you. We're closing out the year with growth in staff, sales, and revenue, while maintaining our independence . We are a company with 100% Spanish capital . We have worked hard and strived to achieve better products and provide you with better services.



In 2021, we took an important step. We began our internationalization process with very positive results. SaveFamily is now present in Portugal and France , and our products have been received with excellent response. Thousands of Portuguese and French families are already enjoying SaveFamily products. We hope to cross the pond and establish ourselves in the Americas in 2022. Many inquiries and sales are already coming from that region.

This year, we've also improved our product range, incorporating software developments and improving and perfecting the hardware. We launched our #KIDSBAND product, the activity tracker designed for children ages 6 and up. It was incredibly well-received. Selected as one of the top 5 activity trackers for children by various specialized blogs, it's one of the best-selling products. It's a product designed to combine health and physical activity.

Our Android tablets for kids have established themselves as a great tablet alternative for children and young adults. We've optimized the battery and updated the software . Parental controls specifically designed for our tablets ensure safe browsing for our children.

But without a doubt, one of the most important advances not only for SaveFamily but also for the children's and youth technology industry has been the launch of the ICONIC+ model . A unique product . The smartwatch that combines safety and security with fun and creativity. It incorporates new functions such as a video and audio recorder and player, stopwatch, caller ID, secure and limited access to the Play Store, Bluetooth, SMS sending, music player... An innovative product that will undoubtedly pave the way for the children's smartwatch market.



At SaveFamily, even those who aren't parents feel like parents. We know that parenting is a wonderful challenge, not without its challenges and doubts, so we're trying to do our part by creating #informateconsavefamily, a space on our blog where experts in parenting and child health share their experience and training to help us on this exciting journey of parenthood. We've already prepared new material that we think you'll find interesting.



Furthermore, we continue to be committed to data security . The SaveFamily app servers are located in Europe , and all data is encrypted. Spanish and European authorities strongly recommend purchasing digital products or services whose servers are located in Europe within the legislative framework of the GDPR.

This year, we've once again received our small dose of media attention . The media has once again covered SaveFamily through various TV and radio reports . In addition, we've also been featured in ABC newspaper, recommending our Evolution Tablet as the best tablet with parental controls for children. All these mentions help us continue to improve and evolve.





We ended the year with an increase in the number of physical retailers. In total, we now have more than 120 retailers across the country. We're also proud that MásMovil has included us in its new retail locations as the only smartwatch brand for children and pre-teens .

Once again, our support team has worked hard to provide the best possible service. Provided by people, neither bots nor machines, but people whose goal is to provide the best possible service. They end the year on a high note:
