Insured shipping
- We have our own stock. It will arrive conveniently at your home within 24-48 hours.
Requires SIM card with data
- Our watches consume very little per month. 150MB/month is sufficient, so the cost is very low. Accepts all Spanish carriers. Card size: MicroSIM.
Charge with a 5V 1A charger
- All our watches must be charged with a 5V1A charger. A USB charging cable will come with each watch. If you don't have a 5V1A charger, you can purchase one on our website. We'll also include a spare USB cable in the accessories section along with the charger.
Setup and Help
- All our watches include a manual entirely in Spanish that will guide you step by step. We also offer video tutorials and our online customer service through our website chat, private Facebook messenger at @savefamilygps, or info@savefamilygps.com.
Warranty and return
- 20-day, no-questions-asked return policy. 2-year warranty (does not apply to water damage). 9-month warranty in the event of a battery issue.
