    SIM card contract conditions

    SaveFamily Group SL offers a connectivity service through a SaveFamily-branded SIM card. This service will hereafter be referred to as "SaveFamily Connectivity" or "SaveFamily SIM Card." This service is available through a subscription.

    By purchasing the "SaveFamily Connectivity" service, you accept the terms of use detailed herein. In the event of non-compliance with one or more of the terms of use, Grupo SaveFamily SL reserves the right to cancel the service in whole or in part.

    By confirming your subscription, you will allow Grupo SaveFamily SL to charge your card for this and future payments in accordance with the stipulated conditions.
    • About the contracted service “SaveFamily Connectivity” / “SaveFamily SIM Card”
    The “SaveFamily Connectivity” / “SaveFamily SIM Card” service includes the following benefits:
    • Unlimited connectivity: Only valid for SaveFamily smartwatches
    • Unlimited calls. Valid only for calls to national mobile phones and landlines. Excludes numbers located outside the Kingdom of Spain, as well as premium or special numbers.
    • SaveFamily Premium Support. Includes unlimited assistance, video calls if the support team deems it appropriate, and phone calls.
    • Become part of the SaveFamily Universe, which consists of a set of exclusive benefits that will be developed and communicated to the members of this space.
    • Safe numbers. Numbers not previously used in voice calls or messaging apps like WhatsApp.
    • SaveFamily smartwatch battery optimization by 20%
    • Unlimited use of the SaveFamily app, including all its features, as long as existing coverage allows it at any given time.
    Grupo SaveFamily SL only guarantees the correct operation of the "SaveFamily SIM card" in SaveFamily smartwatches. Subscription to the service requires the subscriber to use the SaveFamily service and SIM card only in SaveFamily smartwatches.

    The use of the SaveFamily SIM card on devices such as cell phones, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches from other brands, or any other device that is not a SaveFamily smartwatch is prohibited. Should this occur, the contracted service will be cancelled.

    SaveFamily Group is not responsible for any additional charges to the user due to improper use of the services included in the "SaveFamily Connectivity" subscription.

    SaveFamily Group reserves the right to introduce changes to the contracted service, provided that they do not entail substantial changes to the service itself, but rather are evolutions and improvements to the service.

    Likewise, the SaveFamily Group reserves the right to change telecommunications providers, while guaranteeing the terms and conditions of this subscription.
    • About subscribing to the “SaveFamily Connectivity” service
    SaveFamily Group SL offers a subscription to the “SaveFamily Connectivity” service with two payment options.
    • Monthly Payment of €6 per month: Includes one free month. This free month will be effective upon purchase. Once a full month has passed since purchase, a €6 per month charge (VAT included) will begin.
    • Annual payment of €60: Includes two months of free use. This two-month free promotion is applied to the price.
    • About refunds: Depending on the payment chosen.
      • Monthly payment: Retroactive refunds are not possible. Once the SaveFamily Connectivity Service is purchased for the current month, refunds cannot be issued. It is also not possible to prorate service usage by day, as the service package is accepted.
      • Annual Payment When the SaveFamily Connectivity service is contracted and the included services are used, it is not possible to refund the charge or calculate a monthly or daily prorate of the services.
    • About prices
    The prices indicated are expressed in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT).

    SaveFamily SL Group reserves the right to modify these prices based on market conditions or possible improvements to the service.

    Except as stated in clause 4, prices paid by the user are non-refundable.
    • Right of cancellation
    In accordance with Article 68 of the LGDCU, the User may exercise their right to cancel within 14 days of the order delivery date or the start of the subscription, assuming the full costs of returning the product.

    In the case of an annual subscription: The User understands that subscriptions are subject to an annual commitment; therefore, partial monthly payments will not be refunded.

    For both monthly and annual subscriptions, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you must contact customer service to inform them of your desire to cancel. After checking that there are no outstanding payments, your subscription and the SIM card will be canceled. The User hereby expressly agrees that, should they exercise their right to cancel their subscription or the products included in their order, when the cancellation request is appropriate and legally admissible, Grupo SaveFamily SL will enforce said cancellation for future payments and for the mobile phone line.
    • About the purchasing process
    By clicking the "Pay"/"Purchase"/"Subscribe" button, the User will be directed to the website of a third-party payment management service provider (hereinafter the "Payment Gateway"). By accessing the Payment Gateway website, the User may pay by credit card or PayPal. By making the payment, the User also agrees to be bound by the terms of service of the Payment Gateway and/or PayPal. Once the identification data and payment details have been entered, the User must click the "Subscribe" button, thereby completing the details for subscribing to the "SaveFamily Connectivity" service.
    • About the Legal Guarantee.
    The legal warranty applicable to the services and products included in the Subscription will be in accordance with the characteristics and descriptions found on the SaveFamily Group website. Alpify does not offer any warranty greater than that specified on that website.

    Within the package of services associated with the "SaveFamily Connectivity" subscription, the services related to connectivity, call minutes, and unlimited web use depend on the availability of good coverage and signal reception from the provider offering these services. In any case, the SaveFamily Group is not responsible for any lack of coverage or connectivity.
    • About communications
    Grupo SaveFamily SL may communicate with the User via email, SMS, and/or phone calls/video calls, provided the User has given consent, or when legally required. These communications may be sent or initiated by Grupo SaveFamily or by any of its service providers, if necessary.

    To stop receiving notifications, the User may manage their consent to receive communications by sending an email to info@savefamilygps.com or marketing@savefamilygps.com
    • About responsibilities and limitations of use
    The subscriber of the “SaveFamily Connectivity” / “SaveFamily SIM Card” subscription declares that he or she is of legal age and will make responsible use of the services included in this subscription.

    The contracting party also declares that he or she is the legal guardian of the minor or minors who use the service included in the "SaveFamily Connectivity" service. Grupo SaveFamily SL is not responsible for the use made of the services included in the subscription.

    SaveFamily Group cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the SaveFamily APP if there are other sensitive providers related to the proper functioning of the SaveFamily APP, such as AWS or 3G Electronic.

    The User will not (or permit any third party to) take any action or make available any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, obscene, or offensive; constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk email.
