Terms of purchase for Save Family GPS watches
1. ORDER
Any order for SaveFamily GPS watches for children can be placed online through our website www.savefamilygps.com.Once you have successfully completed the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email with the reference number identifying your order and a purchase summary. Please review it and save it as a receipt for your purchase for future communications.
2. PRICE
All our prices are quoted in euros and include VAT for sales within the European Union. The only applicable additional charge is shipping. For special shipments, we reserve the right to invoice the actual shipping costs, subject to your acceptance.During special occasions such as Black Friday, sales, or offers, discount codes provided throughout the year cannot be combined. Furthermore, discount codes cannot be combined with each other.
Both the Enjoy, Iconic + and SaveWatch + tablets and watches are subject to the digital tax of Royal Decree 1398/2018, of November 23. As indicated in this Decree, the customer who does not have a valid exemption certificate, as a final consumer, will have the right to request an exemption certificate (article 25.7 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12) or a refund of the compensation or fee payment (article 25.8 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12) from the corresponding authority.
3. PAYMENT

4. SHIPPING POLICY
SaveFamily GPS watches deliver to Spain.In mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal, we deliver via Correo Express.
- The delivery time is 24-48 hours for most shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, except at specific times such as Black Friday, when it may take longer. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
- In the event of a stockout, we will contact you to resolve the issue and inform you of the various solutions.

By confirming these PURCHASE TERMS, the customer agrees to pay additional shipping costs in the event of returns due to incomplete addresses, addresses not completed by the customer, or shipments not claimed in a timely manner.
savefamilygps.com cannot be held responsible if it is unable to ship your requested order due to circumstances beyond its control, including delays by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.
5. RETURNS
If you are not satisfied upon receiving your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, as provided in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, by requesting its return within 30 calendar days from the date you received the order, using the original packaging in which it was received. The products to be returned must be in perfect condition, with no restrictions on their use. Once these conditions have been met, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the affected product(s) (including shipping costs). The consumer must be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.To make a return, you can use the withdrawal form below. Download the withdrawal form.
This form must be included completed along with the returned product.
If a return is possible, the purchase price will be refunded in full, according to the payment method used. Payment will be made as soon as we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets our minimum requirements. Buyers will only be responsible for any applicable postal fees when returning products.
Claims for incorrect shipments must be made within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
6. WARRANTY
Savefamilygps.com offers a three-year warranty that begins upon delivery of the product to the customer. The invoice is the warranty; please retain it. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that may occur when the products have been used according to the instructions. The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from improper use, lack of care, or modifications.The warranty will not cover water damage as it requires external manipulation not supervised by SaveFamily.
If a defect arises and SaveFamily receives a warranty activation request within the applicable Warranty Period, SaveFamily will decide, as provided by law, three options: product repair(1), exchange for a new product(2), or refund(3). Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for a period of thirty (30) days (whichever is longer), or for any additional period required by applicable law.
The SaveFamily SL group is not responsible for connection failures, errors, or necessary configurations, whether in Spain or abroad, of the Lyca mobile card, for which we act as distributors. Any aspect of the Lyca mobile card should be discussed directly with the cardholders, who are responsible for ensuring its proper functioning.
Likewise, we are not responsible for any configuration or connection errors experienced by any other mobile operator.

Limitations:
This Limited Product Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product purchased from savefamilygps.com or an authorized reseller and manufactured by or for SaveFamily. This warranty does not apply to a Product or parts of a Product that have been repaired, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone not authorized by SaveFamily, nor to any cosmetic damage such as scratches, dings, and dents. In addition, this Limited Product Warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from (a) use with non-SaveFamily products; (b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching; or (d) use of the Product other than its intended uses, not in accordance with instructions provided by SaveFamily GPS watches, or with improper voltage or power supply.No reseller, distributor, agent, or employee of SaveFamily GPS watches is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Product Warranty. If any term herein is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.
7. Using WhatsApp on SaveWatch+ and Iconic+ models
Within the European Economic Area, which includes the European Union, WhatsApp does not allow the use of its application (registration and service) to minors under the age of 16. This is notwithstanding the fact that national legislation in each country may establish a different minimum age for using WhatsApp. If WhatsApp discovers that the account belongs to a minor, it may be deactivated without prior notice. Regarding the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016) establishes 16 as the age of consent, although it contemplates the possibility that any Member State may set or determine the minimum age up to 13 years (it may never be lower).
Under Spanish law, the minimum age for using WhatsApp is set at 14, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights of December 5. The personal data of minors may only be processed when they have given their consent when they are over fourteen years of age (Article 7).
Therefore, in conclusion, the installation and use of this application by minors who have our devices, along with the responsibility that this entails, falls on those persons who hold parental authority or guardianship of the minor who has the SaveFamily device, since this grants them the right and duty to act on behalf of the minor in those areas where their rights may be affected.
With regard to the WhatsApp application itself, its updates, and operation, SaveFamily is not responsible for any problems that may arise as this is an application independent of the brand. In the event of any incident, the SaveFamily product user must contact the application itself through the appropriate channels.
