If you have any questions about setting up internet access on your SaveFamily smartwatch, we recommend following these steps. This way, you'll be able to set up internet access on your little one's smartwatch.
You must ensure that the smartwatch's SIM card has enough balance to send SMS. Also, check that the watch has coverage (there isn't a circle above the coverage lines that appear on the watch screen). The smartwatch must be turned on, have coverage, and have the SIM inserted.
